Obituary

It is with our deepest sadness we wish to inform that Mrs. Pathmadhevi Thankaratnam passed away on 21st September 2020. She had succumbed to her prolonged illness in Westmead public hospital, Westmead, NSW, Australia. 

Mrs. Pathmadhevi Thankaratnam was born in Badulla and grew up in Urelu near Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Her father late Mr. Nagendram Pandarampillai is a station master at Sri Lankan Railways and her mother is late Mrs. Saraswathi Nagendram. 

She is survived by her husband Mr. Thankaratnam Vannithamby, her son Mr. Vishnuwarathan Thankaratnam and grand son Master. Athavan Thankaratnam. 

She is a resident of Switzerland and has travelled to Australia to visit her son's family. Funeral will be conducted in Sydney, Australia. Please click here to lean about the funeral details and webcast options.
